Club #48

Aaron and his family have financed his racing since the very start of his career, however as a rider moves up the levels, it has become acutely obvious that racing on a zero budget will not get a rider far.

Maintenance of the machine and engine development feature hugely, along with entry fees and much needed test days. Then take into account generator and bike fuel, ACU licence and Club registration, spare and replacement parts, protective clothing, tyres, transponder hire, personal and bike insurance to name but a few.

It is very difficult to secure financial sponsorship, although Aaron gratefully acknowledges the support he has recieved this year, therefore the concept of Club #48 was born.

As Aaron's race number is #48, for a small fee of £48, a member can assist Aaron with his racing and in return recieve:

  • free entry tickets to the 2012 championship that Aaron is riding in
  • a 6x4 print of Aaron in action
  • a race report after each round
  • a free Aaron Maxfield Racing T-shirt
